Whatever size turkey you order is cleaned, stuffed with apples, onions, celery, and fresh herbs. Then seasoned with salt and pepper, and placed in a recyclable aluminum tray and covered with heavy duty foil for you to cook. Baking instructions are included. Neck and giblets bagged on the side for your use.
